1. Subscription & Payment
At Momentry, we offer completely free tiers as well as flexible paid tiers depending on your required storage and validity limits. By upgrading to a paid plan, you agree to a one-time charge for the exact plan duration specified at checkout.
2. Cancellations
Since our paid plans are one-time charges tailored to specific events or validity periods rather than recurring subscriptions, there is no automatic renewal to cancel. The plan features and storage simply expire at the end of the duration.
3. Refunds
We do not issue standard or automatic refunds for an activated plan as the resources and dedicated storage are immediately allocated. However, if there are extenuating circumstances or errors with the transaction processing, please get in touch within 7 days of your purchase. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
